Run for Growth
PCPC will host an 8-week 5K run training group, beginning Tuesday, April 12. Run for Growth group training starts with the basics. There will be a lot of walking in the beginning of the program. If you have never run or trained for a 5K before, come join in! If you hate running, this is for you! We will meet every Tuesday from April 12 to May 31 from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. at Langill Hall. In that time, we will gather, share, build our mindset, and train for 30 to 45 minutes.
