  • Rev. Dr. David C. Mauldin, senior pastor

    Pastor David began his ministry with our church in August 2017.  David earned his B.A. at Milligan College (TN), M.Div. at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary (KY), and D.Min. at Beeson Divinity School (Samford Univ. in Birmingham, AL).  Prior to coming to PCPC, he served as pastor of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Mobile, AL, for 14 years.  He has also served churches in Georgia, Tennessee, and Indiana.

  • rev. dr. Brad Klostreich, associate pastor

    Pastor Brad and his family came to Palm City in 2008 from Seattle, WA where he served as a music director at University Presbyterian and Marine View Presbyterian. A graduate of Seattle Pacific University, Pastor Brad received his M.Div. from Fuller Seminary (NW) and his D.Min. from Ligonier Academy in Orlando. Pastor Brad teaches several classes during the year for Adult Education as well as coordinates our music ministry.

  • sarah butler, director of children's ministry

    Sarah moved to Palm City from Hillsborough, NC with her family in 2016. She and her husband, Rob, have 3 active, exuberant children. Sarah received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from UNC-Chapel Hill, and her Master’s and Specialist degrees in School Psychology from the University of Delaware. She has worked as a school psychologist in several states, including Indiana, North Carolina, and Florida while also taking time off intermittently to stay home with her children. She loves spending any free time with her family, reading, enjoying the beach, and traveling back “up north” to see the seasons. Sarah is thrilled to grow the PCPC Children’s Ministry and work with children as they learn and grow in their Christian faith.

  • jason pridmore, director of youth ministry

    Born and raised in California, Jason moved to Florida in 2015 with his wife and 3 children. Son of a Presbyterian pastor, he spent his high school years overseas in the Philippines. A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, Jason has his bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences. He has served as a director of youth ministries for the past 17 years and has a heart & passion for missions and outreach (and secretly wishes he was a pro surfer or soccer player).

  • Greg Welmaker, operations manager

    Greg Welmaker is the proud husband of Beth and father to sons, Jason and Nathan. He moved to Palm City in February 2010 after spending many years as a medicinal chemist in the pharmaceutical industry. Shortly after, the family joined Palm City Presbyterian Church (PCPC). Greg has served as an elder at PCPC and his previous church homes. Greg began serving PCPC as Operations Manager in February 2019 and enjoys the ever-changing challenges of the job.


    Favorite Book: The Complete Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle

    Favorite Movie: The Razor’s Edge (1984) adaptation of the 1944 novel by W. Somerset Maugham

    Favorite heroes: My father, Jerry, who instilled in me the value of family and hard work, and all of the United States veterans who served our country to protect our freedoms.

  • KELLY TULLIDGE, COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

    Kelly moved to Palm City seven years ago from Syracuse, NY, with her husband, Robert, and their two teenagers. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from SUNY Oswego. Previously, Kelly worked in the financial industry and the public school system; she was also a stay-at-home mom. In her free time, Kelly enjoys running, photography, going to the beach and studying American Sign Language. She is excited to join the PCPC staff as the Communications Coordinator.

  • joanne raulin, principal organist

    Having served as an organist in Virginia and Florida, Joanne became our principal organist in 2009. She received her Bachelor of Arts from American University in Washington, DC, and has also taught privately for many years. In addition, Joanne leads both of our adult bell choirs, which assist in our worship services regularly. She has three adult sons and three grandchildren.

  • janet sallman, RECEPTIONIST

    A native Floridian, Janet graduated from the University of Southern California (B.S.) and received her Master's in Music Education from the University of Miami. She has previously served as a deacon and actively participates in both of our bell choirs and the Chancel choir.


    Favorite book: A Tree Grows In Brooklyn
