CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

We eagerly welcome all children to join us for our children's ministries! Our goal is to provide a warm, caring environment where children can have fun, build relationships, learn about the wonder of God's love and grow in their relationship with Him.


Sunday school classes are on break for the summer, but we will offer children's church beginning July 14. At the 9:30 service, children are invited to a short message by Pastor David, followed by crafts and activities in the HFLC youth room. They will return to service during the last song. 


Nursery care for ages newborn-23 months is available. 

  • During the 11:00 traditional service, nursery care is provided in the courtyard nursery. 
  • During the 9:30 contemporary service, nursery care is provided in the Huizenga Family Life Center (HFLC).  
  • At the 8:20 service, the nursery is open, but it is not staffed. Parents must remain with their children during that service should they utilize the room.

This leadership position is responsible for developing, running, and nurturing the church's ministry for children. We're looking for someone gifted to evangelize and disciple children so they may know, love, and serve Christ, as well as to build relationships with young families.
