We are seeking a full-time facilities manager to oversee the care, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of our church campus. This role is responsible for ensuring that all buildings, grounds, and equipment are safe, clean, and in good working order to support the ministry and activities of the church. Key duties include managing maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs and improvements, supervising custodial and contracted services, monitoring facility usage, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively with staff and volunteers to create a welcoming and functional environment for all who use our facilities.
